Subhub – Late-Night. Fresh. Fast. Subhub is the late-night take-out food option that opens when Dillin closes after dinner, staying open until 11pm Tuesday-Saturday. Subhub orders are picked up from the exterior walk-up take-out window located on the east side of Dillin Hall. Ordering and payment with flex dollars or a credit/debit card is handled exclusively via the everyday app. From Italian and Veggie to Roasted Turkey Ranch and Tuna Salad, Subhub offers the familiar flavor combinations that guests crave. Available in both 6” and 12” lengths, these classic sub sandwich varieties feature fresh deli meats and cheeses, chicken and tuna salads, vegetables, toppings, and condiments— all built to order. Guests can also choose to add traditional sides, like potato chips, to build a sub-and-side meal combo.
